What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays for restocking and plant care. During peak seasons (spring and autumn), we may extend our hours - please call ahead to confirm.
Do I need an appointment for garden design consultation?
While walk-ins are welcome for general plant advice and purchases, we recommend booking an appointment for garden design consultations. This ensures our design team has adequate time to focus on your project and provide comprehensive guidance.
Can you provide plant care advice after purchase?
Absolutely. We provide detailed care instructions with every plant purchase and offer ongoing support via phone or email. For complex issues, we can arrange follow-up visits or provide additional guidance during your next visit to the centre.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and bank transfers for larger purchases. For design and installation services, we typically require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
